Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• If you paid Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued through mobile banking or store credit.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are possible for the same item in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
